Great traditional cafe, bright clean and spacious selling basic no frills cafe fare at a fair price. Service was efficient and friendly and the breakfast was just as it should be. Great Cafe for a no fuss breakfast or snack.

Nice basic cafe. Great for a quick food fuel stop. Service is good. Nice trucker style breakfast. No frills but has everything you need. Very busy delivery service we noticed. Fantastic prices, good value for money.

I was told they had one of the best full English breakfasts in Bath but I was quite disappointed. The bacon was quite dry and tough and the rest of the food was quite bland. The whole restaurant had white walls, white roof and white tables with grey chairs which was very dull and sad.
Amazing place for breakfast. A proper full English from a real greasy spoon. I cannot recommend Matty's highly enough. If you want a traditional fry up, this is the place to go. Really friendly staff, real food. Amazing.

Polite greeting, friendly staff, good choice on the menu at reasonable prices and unsmoked bacon. Always a plus in my book. Only dampened by another customer playing something on his phone loud enough for the whole cafe to hear!!
Big boy full English £7.75. Regular full English £5.95 Can't beat that for pretty good diner food. Nothing exceptional, but a great meal still
A friendly local greasy spoon cafe close to Sainsburys and a 15 min walk from the centre. Really one of the very few independent cafes of this type in Bath. Car parking spaces out front and they take credit and debit cards. I had a tasty fry up full English breakfast here for a good price and there are other dinner choices too. If you come here expecting Heston Blumenthal quality good this may not be for you but for most it would be great!
