I really enjoyed my experience at Nook. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The upstairs seating area has a lovely atmosphere with nice soft music. The food was not only stunning but absolutely delicious! I really recommend this place if you’re looking for a cosy place to eat a nutritious, comforting meal :)

Made a trip to Bath especially to visit this all gluten free cafe. Disappointed from the off. Opening times stated 8.30, didn't open until nearly 9. This would have been ok if when I asked if they were open the assistant would have been pleasant. No apologies, just a ' not at the moment', in a bothered way, no smile , no eye contact. Sat upstairs, there were no menus, had to go back downstairs to read board and order. Again, no greeting, smile or eye contact. Food was pretty good, a little pricey, cafe style was cute. Coming from a hospitality background, I feel this eatery could be a little gem with the right staff. A smile goes a long way

An incredibly overpriced salmon poké bowl in a tiny little hotel-continenal-breakfast cereal bowl-sized serving. In my desperation for something nutritious I thought I'd spend the extra pounds to get something healthy and delightful. Don't make the same mistake as me. Even this tiny bowl barely contained scraps of salmon.

Unfortunately, our dine-in experience was quite disappointing, which was especially frustrating as we were genuinely excited to try the place out. We ordered the Teriyaki Salmon Poké bowl and clearly asked for the rice to be removed due to dietary restrictions. The cashier acknowledged the request, but when the food arrived, it still contained rice—showing a clear lack of attention to detail and disregard for dietary needs. We were also underwhelmed by the portion sizes. The bowl was £13.50, and £16.50 with seaweed salad, which came in a disappointingly small portion that didn’t feel worth the added cost. Cleanliness was another major issue. The upstairs tables were extremely sticky and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Staff only came upstairs to drop off food, with no effort to maintain the space or check on the area. The most concerning part was the tap water situation. We were directed to a large bottle upstairs, but the glasses were stored face down near a wall, and the bottle cap had visible mould. It was honestly disgusting and raised serious concerns about hygiene!

I crave their smoothie bowls every single day. The green goodness in particular. Everything else looks fab too. Always friendly staff. The best people watching spot in bath. Simply the best and no where else quite like it! Would 10000% recommend. X

We were patronised for simply asking if we sat down first or ordered at the counter, we were confused at first but the lady continued to be rude so we decided to leave. Could hear her laughing as we walked out, an unfortunate blemish on an otherwise lovely weekend in Bath.

Super tasty, fresh & healthy take out for lunch! They have more seating upstairs, but I didn't venture up there myself. Pleasant, friendly staff & great vegan options

Such an amazing little cafe in Bath. Full selection of teas, coffees and smoothies. They specialise in poke bowls, smoothies and small 'brunch like' plates. The banana bread meal is superb and would definitely recommend because it's like nothing you have ever tasted. Trendy vibes and minimalist decor with friendly staff. The only downside is it's a rather small establishment so if you want to sit inside then get there before the rush. Seating is outside though if you want to brave the English winter weather! 100% recommend.
