   A pity when international standards for a chain like Starbucks aren’t followed consistently in some locations. This one’s one of them in terms of rude service. My son just ordered a Frappuccino which was overheard as “cappuccino” by the person at the till. When my son didn’t accept the wrong order, both the girl at the till and the barista rolled their eyes. Really?! Service was around 9:30am on 29 Dec, Monday.

   I travel to London three days a week. There is a lady who works in this branch who I see each morning with dark hair and glasses. She is so warm and friendly and always remember me. The coffee is nice but it’s the service that really makes my day.

   I was told by Barista that they could not apply my Blue Light Discount as they had been told “not to apply discounts”. Was very confused by this statement. The drink however was very good, however the cinnamon buns were a bit dry and lacked flavour.

   Baan was an absolute star and made fresh filter coffee on request. Im so used to being mugged off with excuses as it's too much bother elsewhere, but he didn't even hesitate, even humoured me with a request of pouring cream rather than milk! Thanks Baan and well done on the customer service!

   Always happy and friendly staff - One in particular I'd like to mention is a young woman called Daisy, who never fails to have a smile on her face and be accommodating. However all staff are to be commended, as even at the busiest time of day, they make it seem easy. X

   I’m don’t have enough to spend on my favourite coffee every morning, it’s a special treat to get myself a proper bucks! So instead I ask for a 5p cup and hot water, originally to warm my hands up on the cold mornings. Now, it’s a lovely few seconds I cherish each morning of human interaction with any / all of the lovely team at bath spa station Starbucks. Their service, product and brand knowledge are top notch. Not to mention the great attitudes they bring to the store! A massive thank you to you all!

   Lovely service, pity about the food. My panini was heated as I asked but as it was heated in its plastic wrapping it came to me sweaty and soggy as opposed to toasted and crispy. Filling was bland and tasteless. I’ll stick to the banana bread next time.
