   Bought a Subwoofer from here. The girls who worked in the shop were very pleasant and welcoming as soon as i walked in. The manager was very helpful and friendly, he explained that it came with a garauntee. I must say I was impressed with the condition of the item and it was better than I expected. Overall I am very please with the product and service I have received and I would definitely consider shopping in this shop again if they had anything similar. Many thanks

   Saw an amazing cinema surround sound system online but it was collection only from the store. Rang to see if it was still available and made the online purchase.. drove from Manchester to collect. All members of staff were helpful throughout and customer service was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble even when there was an issue with payment, which was rectified quickly... The staff packaged up the system and made it waterproof as it had started raining. The cinema surround sound system is amazing for the amount we paid for it and was exactly as described. Definitely recommend a visit.
