The female barista who worked on Monday who was behind the coffee machine, should not be allowed to work again. I ordered a nutcracker latte to takeaway, she mistakenly made a different drink, when her colleague told her it was wrong drink, she just put a lid on and served the coffee, and assured me it was the nutcracker latte. 10 minutes after drinking I had server stomach issues. I’m not sure what she put in the coffee. But she should be fired. Poor management poor customer service.

Disabled access is poor. You have to negotiate a crammed car park. There are no convenient blue badge spaces. Dropped kerbs badly located. A pavement has bollards down the middle of its length for no sensible reason. Disabled help is available to call once you reach the door, if you get there. Inside, the furniture is cheap and feels unstable. The atmosphere is squashed and unrelaxing. Service is overworked (e.g tables uncleared) and food and drink standard Costa product.

One of the better Costas. Although it is situated within a small shopping area (Hobbycraft, Pets At Home and Lidl), it's quite open plan and there is usually some seating. Even when busy, it never feels noisy (something to do with the high ceiling). Very helpful friendly staff and usually a parking space.

Go regularly for an ice coffee. Staff are sound, service is fine. But last two times my coffee has tasted nasty. Like the milk might be off. Not going to bother using it any more.

Poor customer service when I was served a hot drink that turned out to not be what I ordered. I asked for a replacement of a different drink which was done, plonked down on the counter a few feet away from where I was standing, no conversation and no refund of the difference. Disappointing. Staff training in basic courtesy would be an idea.

Big queue. Service was slow. Leaking ceiling. People sat without a drink on laptop taking up a table with all the associated gubbins. Gave up and went elsewhere.

Good service. Not the employees fault, but a lot of the fabric seats are very grubby and stained. Wouldn't want to use them myself so sat on a non-fabric type chair. Otherwise it's your usual Costa establishment.

Place is relatively new build, a couple of years, good location I would say as there is no coffee shop in the proximity. The staff are polite and respectful. The best flat white in Uk is at Costa!

Came here when Visiting a friend of Mine During the Lockdown although everyone was good with me my friend experienced some of the staff were very rude to him both me and my friend are people with autism and learning disabilities plus my friend also suffers with cerebral palsey so he is not very pleased with the way he was treated through out his visits to this Costa wether I was with him or when he is own his own if you got to know him he is a very good person he doesn't mean to cause any problems

It’s Costa, so you either like their coffee or you don’t. Beyond that what matters here is that the building is nice and bright, there aren’t really long queues outside of lunchtime, and the WiFi is fairly reliable. One thing, though: they really love having their air conditioning set low, so wear a sweater even in warmer weather!
