   We were in a hurry to buy rain gear. & boots.. Claire & Steven were most helpful in getting us outfitted and out the door quickly- so we could catch a train. Can't say enough good things about them or the store. Awesome service & prices.

   Wish I could give no stars. No prices on clothes. Asked 3 times for prices till I was finally given a price for one pair out of the 8 that were missing. Went to purchase 4 items of clothing at the till. 2 of the items I was over charged for. I,e, it was not the price on the label. Spoke to manager Stephen white turned out to be rude and completely useless. Because if his attitude I returned everything I had purchased front be back in here. Piss poor service. Incorrect pricing

   Headed through to Glasgow last Sunday to milliets for our second visit again can't fault the staff Fergus my dog got a few biscuits from Jim store manager and wee were served by a guy can't remember his name but ended up buying another pair of Scarpa boots as my first ones are so comfy and a couple pair of shoes again nothing a bother for the staff and Jim recognised us which was great will go back in another couple of weeks hopefully to buy another couple of bits and bobs

   I’d popped in for a browse and I received exceptional customer service today. The sales assistant was so helpful, attentive and took her time in explaining the design of a backpack I was interested in. I really didn’t have a clue about the type of bag I need and how it was supposed to sit in my back and Claire explained everything so nicely. I felt she was genuinely there to help in finding the right product for me whether I bought it today or not. I’ll definitely be going back to purchase it. Excellent store and a very good selection of outdoor gear. I would absolutely recommend this store.

   Great shop for outdoor wear but unable to buy shorts any time I've ever been in hence the three stars. Going to give another star because today I was able to buy not one but two pair of shorts keep it coming guys
