   Trying to buy two t-shirts 27 gbp each and both on Black Friday sale half price : which means I should pay 27 gbp ? 2 pcs x 27 = 54 and half price (no matter total or separate calculated) is 27 ? The lady at the cash desk told me 40.42 GBP . How? After the managers advicewhen they both priced them they told me 40.42 . Ok mathematics might change right?

   Ordered a pair of boots on Sunday, and paid extra for next day delivery. No response from the Customer Services Team, and no sign of the boots. It's Friday now.

   Excellent place! After 2 hours of trying to find a pair size 13 walking shoe all around Glasgow central I happened upon Blacks. Had exactly what I wanted, top brand, great price and excellent service and advice. The chap that helped me even explained and demonstrated why my current hiking boot was making me tired and sore. Highly recommend for the large sized fellows!

   Great and knowledgeable staff, good products in a varied price range supporting both the novice camper as well as the more experienced ones. What great service did this store offer me. I was in the unlucky position to have lost my luggage when flying into glasgow, while I was planning on hiking and camping in the Highlands for a few days. One of the staff, Dan the G, helped me out and took the time (1.5 hours) to find all the gear I needed, even offering me a more than decent discount at the end of it all. I definitely recommend going here!

   I just went into this shop to try on a couple of fleeces. I am a Muslim woman so I like to dress modestly and I don't want to change clothes in public or wear shorter items. I wanted to try on the fleeces without the long dress that I had on, which would involve removing it, however the staff member told me I wasn't allowed to use the changing rooms for jumpers or fleeces. I picked up some trousers and asked can I now use the changing rooms. He said you absolutely can't take the fleeces in with you as he had 'too many people taking advantage'. I wasn't really sure what this means, I appreciate maybe he is referring to shoplifting, but I just wanted to let Blacks know that they should consider a range of different customers who want to try on clothes in privacy.

   There's a sale on a the moment at this outlet for outdoor clothing, shoes and accessories anything for the outdoor experience. It's all located over two floors in this well located store in Argyll Street near Glasgow Central. They have a good range of sports sunglasses which is what I was there for and relatively cheap although not really designer brands but great value
