    I popped into Cash Generator Kensington recently and honestly had such a good experience. The staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. They explained everything clearly and didn’t rush me, which I really appreciated. I sold a couple of items and was pleasantly surprised by how fair the prices were compared to other places I’d checked. The whole process was quick and straightforward — I had the cash in my hand within minutes. The shop itself is tidy and has loads of decent stuff for sale too, from phones to consoles. You can tell they look after the items properly before putting them out. What stood out most for me was the customer service — everyone was approachable and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be going back again, and I’d recommend this branch to anyone in the area.

    Ive used this shop for a few years and got some really good deals on consoles, tv’s, phones. Carl and the other lads (sorry i cant remember all their names) are so friendly and always have a laugh with you. Great prices too when ive traded in my old phone to buy a new one. Definitely recommend using this store, used other Cash Gen’s but this one is my favourite mainly due to costumer service!

    So helpful in this store. Have used them multiple times to sell in items i no longer use and they have been more than fair with their prices. Luke, Carl, Adam & Michael are really friendly and helpful and always go the extra mile if needed. Definitely recommend using this store!

    Put my tablet in the other week and when I got it back it was missing the power lead and plug witch was an official Samsung one and they are saying come in and they will find me a cheap one to replace my missing one

    Friendly staff, willing to negotiate on most things they stock. Not a big store but a decent variety of stock, and if your after something they havent got they try to find it for you. Likey to be extremely busy mid afternoons.

    purchased a ps3 for a Christmas box from here in December 2014 , unfortunatley the controller turned out to be a complete load of crap an I promptly returned it although promised I never got a replacement and was offered a pathetic refund of £5 almost a month later , my sons Christmas day was tarnished and I found there lack of interest annoying ,.........................,WARNING !!!!!!! ............DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT SELLS JUNK AND DOESNT CARE A TOSS AFTERWARDS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
