   The last couple of days my delivery as been poor. My drinks arrived spilt because you no longer it seems use the paper lids and instead used plastic tape over the holes. All 3 drinks arrived spilt and a soaking wet bag.

   Everytime I come here, the staff are so lovely. They make me feel so welcome and are so efficient and direct with their job. I do however miss their previous employee with green hair. She made amazing flat whites.

   Spent a long time at this Costa catching up with a friend. We felt welcome and there was a pleasant atmosphere. Drinks were lovely, as I've come to expect from Costa, and were brought and made quickly.

   Pretty bad experience this morning. I've had 2 sandwiches, and one never made it into my bag. Ordered a Toblerone latte, was asked if I wanted cream to which I replied yes, but it seems the cream never made it and received just ordinary latte. No recipt for payment in the bag. It's over 10 min away from me not worth going back to complain or get the money back. Upset about the incompetence and bad service.

   Very friendly staff and usually very well presented and prepared coffee as it should be. I attend usually very early in the morning so not sure how it is throughout the rest of the day though. But my experience so far has always been quite good service.
