Went here as a kid for a few years, it was very fun back then and I learnt a lot of important life lessons from the staff there.
If I could give this place a zero stars I would, my nephew attended here and was systematically discriminated against as well as the emotional abuse that took place. They literally stole my nephews non dairy cake and repeatedly fed him dairy even though my sister told them repeatedly that he is allergic. The staff multiple times tried publicly humiliating her infront of the other parents. They emotionally traumatised my nephew to the point he wouldn't eat his favourite food for more then a week and threated to come to his house and rip his Teddy it may sound like nothing but to a three year old it's terrifying. There is much more I could share but i would be here all day. But the bottom line is if you want your child to be emotionally safe as well as physically safe don't send them here. Especially if you are a family of colour/multi ethnic/Muslim etc there are better more ethical places to send your child.
My daughter and son love coming to the nursery and After School. So many activities and celebrations. I get to meet with staff daily and they really know my kids. I love the reports and parent meetings termly. I moved my kids here 6 months ago as the nursery i was using was poor. Monkey Puzzle is a breath of fresh air compare to where i had my kids. Staff are lovely and couldn't be anymore helpful.
Fantastic Staff, Service and Full of Fun!!!!! The nursery and After School have a great community focus. Children and parents get to participate in lots of activities. As a dad i really like that i can join in and have fun with my son. Staff are warm, friendly and full of fun. The staff give up their own time to participate in parades, community days and i loved the fact, we were able to be part of the festival 2018 here in Glasgow. My family in Spain loved watching us. The nursery is full of life and fun. I would highly recommend it!
Absolutely appalling place, shouldn't be allowed to look after children! Trying to take the wrong children from schools and terrifying them. Neighbours frequently hear staff shouting at the children in the garden. I would avoid like the plague if you want your children to be safe.
Both of my children attend nursery 4 days a week, and I can thoroughly recommend it. All of the teachers and staff are lovely and most importantly my children really enjoy their time here. It has brought them on leaps and bounds. The facilities inside are top class and really cater to the little ones needs. The key workers have really bonded with my children and they know all of the staff by name.
