“The nursery has fantastic teachers who really care. The grounds are a former bowling green so it’s a huge grass play area. The activities are varied and include an outdoor dedicated teacher (fire pits, planting flowers etc). Overall we can’t speak highly enough of Glasgow academy newlands. We have 2 kids in P1 and one in nursery.”

“Superb childminder - highly recommend! Jacqueline has been looking after my daughter since she turned 3 and she is now almost 10. She absolutely loves the time she spends there and I have total piece of mind that my daughter is being very well looked after. Jacqueline puts so much effort into creating a range of activities and trips for the children that are fun and engaging - particularly during the school holidays. The children are regularly given the opportunity to make suggestions and influence the activities so they really feel they have a voice. Before coming to Jacqueline my daughter was only looked after by myself or family in her home environment and she really struggled to cope with new situations. Finding suitable childcare was a big deal, I knew that a private nursery environment would not suit her and we were very lucky to find Jacqueline who lived in the same street. I was so worried before she started but from the first day Amy was so settled and happy - I couldn't believe it! Being in Jacqueline's care allowed her to gain social confidence and experience so many learning opportunities while having the support and attention she needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jacqueline to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and nurturing childcare provider.”

I was skeptical at first bringing my child in so young (from 6 months) but they’ve been absolutely brilliant with my child and always go above and beyond. “This nursery is a caring and wonderful nursery, all the children in our care is happy and is learning lots every day, all staff has had many years of experience with curriculum and pre birth to three training, staff at mulberry are very helpful and happy to help you make the right decisions for your child. Staff at mulberry follow the needs and wants of the individual child. This nursery is very recommended, we have recently recieved a very good with the HMI inspector report and our care inspectors report. This nursery is full of colours and love.”

“HAPPY and PEACEFUL children! We entrusted our puppy to this school because from the first meeting with the management we understood that we had finally found "HOME". Being foreign, our puppy would have needed support not knowing the language and finding himself in a completely new environment with no points of reference. We had tried another nursery school and it was terrible, in fact our puppy didn't like going there willingly but since she started her journey in this nursery school she was reborn. All the staff with love, dedication, patience, understanding, professionalism made him feel at ease, she looked after him carefully, making him feel safe and well-liked. Whether you are a foreigner or not, this nursery is wonderful because the children are not "parked", they are "loved" and are not just numbers. Each of them has a reference teacher and every day we are told how the day went, the progress, the activities, the outings and what was served for lunch or snacks. Not to be underestimated and indeed on the contrary the structure deserves to be highlighted.. Safe, spacious, full of games and equipment to entertain and learn new things for children, clean and tidy but above all the value of education is also conveyed. I believe there is nothing more beautiful for a child than feeling at home and for this I really thank everyone for the wonderful work you do, you positively change the future of these children because thanks to you they learn, play but above all they are calm and happy and nothing is more important.
