“I highly recommend this nursery. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the staff here are just wonderful. They’re polite, reassuring, respectful and supportive. My eldest who is now at school still talks about nursery and during half terms is always super excited to come with me to pick her sister up so that she can see everyone again. My youngest also has struggled with transitioning from being with me and going to nursery but thanks to the great bonds the staff have made with her, she is now always happy and excited to come to nursery. Things have also been slightly adapted to accommodate my youngest too; like buying different foods that she will eat and adapting the menu slightly for her, using a separation plate so that foods aren’t touching. Allowing her to bring comfort items with her and supporting the use of her ear defenders as and when she needs them. The manager James is also brilliant. When speaking to him regarding a bereavement, he took it upon himself to there and then order in books for kids related to grief, and allowed me to take them home to read to the children. This, I feel is an example of going above and beyond for the families who attend this setting.”

“Sending my child to Acorn day nursery at Brafield-on-Green was the best decision we made for him. I was nervous about our son starting nursery at a young age, especially being a first time mum however, thanks to the genuine love and compassion shown by staff, he settled in quickly. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do. They are very attentive to both the unique needs of my son and of us as parents. We have seen him grow and develop into wonderful young boy. His social interaction, speech and self confidence has come along way since starting nursery. It is such a joy to be able to drop him off knowing he absolutely loves spending every minute he is there with the comfort of knowing he is in safe hands. Our second son will soon be starting at Acorn and I’m looking forward to seeing him develop and thrive just as his brother does. “Baby bears has gone above and beyond to accommodate my daughter who has additional medical needs. The outdoor play area is fantastic and seems to be loved by all. My daughter particularly enjoys the sensory play from different foods to water beads etc. There is never a dull moment in the toddler room and I wouldn't hesitate to trust baby bears with any future child of mine. All the staff are friendly and so supportive. I love the inclusivity of baby bears and the extra event they put on for mothers day. Fathers day and even getting involved in different cultural holidays.”

“Would recommend Harpole Day nursery to anyone. Our little boy has been attending for around 5 months now and absolutley loves it. He's always so excited to see the lovely ladies that work there and you can see how much he's bonded with them in a short space of time. Love the homecooked and varied food and the amount of great activities they do with the children which we wouldn't do with him at home.
