   Popped in for lunch while shopping at the store. Staff are always polite and friendly. Food is always of a good quality. Desserts are great and the coffee is really good

   Been here a few times recently during our Dunelm trips. Such a lovely cafe hidden away! Never tried the food but we love the coffee here. It’s slightly cold but I think their heating is broken at the moment, other than that, would recommend if you’re in the area :)

   Most food is nice. Staff nice too. Limited menu but is understandable as a cafe. Food service took 20 mins to come out with warmed food, it was quite busy but could be quicker for warmed food. I ordered a mushroom stragonoff which was nice and would understand if it took a few more minutes but after 20 minute wait I only got half of it as they had ran out. Lady said she would make and bring me some more but didn’t. 25 minutes later I had to leave as places to be. hence only 1 star. Left hungry, disappointed and out of pocket after 45 minute wait. To much in a hurry to wait in the big queue at the time and get a refund.

   I've been visiting the Pulsa cafe in Brislington since it opened. I'm a regular there meeting up with friends for a cozy natter. It did go down hill for a while but I'm pleased to say its now better than ever. I can happily recommend the coffee, hot chocolate and tea, and I'm a very fussy tea drinker. They even have skimmed milk. Not many cafes can boast that. Their tea cakes are delicious. Over and above the items on sale is the standard of service and cleanliness of the cafe. Its spotless. Also the staff are polite, welcoming and eager to assist. Well done team you're doing a great job!

   The only reason you’d want to eat here is convenience, and because kids eat free if an adult spends £4.50. Otherwise, avoid. The coffee is dreadful, the scones were a bit dry, and the miserable bag at the counter is rather offhand to her customers.
