Always been great with me, sold quite a few things to them always quick and easy. Some lowball offers but generally happy to negotiate.

Went in today, store smelt of damp quite strong and was poorly lit and alot of stock on floor was dirty and alot of pos missing. I went for 3 games and a controller, 1 game they couldn't find disc. There receipt machine wasn't working, the woman behind till was more interested in her phone. Plus wouldn't even entertain an offer at all just said they can't do deals they didn't even go and ask
dont buy or put anything in here they lose your stuff or sell them before buy back.

Very friendly staff but only oferered me £15 for PC/PlayStation steering wheel (costing £600) despite having a similar but cheaper wheel on display for £199. Went to CEX who gave me £171. I won't be going back.
Today, I went in to cash a tax return. As soon as I entered the premises, the staff member at the desk looked as if his worst nightmare had came through, a dreaded customer. Having previously frequented this particular branch before regarding the same enquiry, I was assured that if I was to produce the letter that came with the checque from HMRC along with my ID and another form of proof of address, there would be no problems. Your employee was less than helpful, or vocal for that matter. He decided that his turn was up and asked his female colleague to deal with me instead. I mentioned that a female member of staff had handled my query previously and she asked who. Funnily enough, it was her. I reminded her that she had told me that all she would have to do after I had provided these documents was to call head office in Scotland and they could clear it. She appeared very hesitant to do so when requested what was expected of her, then made an excuse about my address being different on two of my documents and hung up the phone before she had even dialled the number. Why avoid doing your job so much? Did you have a chippy lunch in the back that was going cold? The lack of professionalism was appauling and I would suggest sending your employees from this branch on a customer service course. Yours sincerely, An angry ex-customer.
