   I’m not normally a fan of Costa. However this store has converted me, working in the Mall, I’ve had a chance to visit all of the coffee chains in the Mall for lunch. Costa actually works out at some of the best value compared to the quality, but it’s the service and team here that really make it my go-to for lunch every day. Maria and the gents that work there are always on top form, they can have queues backing out the store, but they get through them incredibly efficiently and always with a smile and laugh, I always get greeted warmly, never had any order issues despite how busy it gets! If there ever were any issues, I know they wouldn’t have an issue getting them sorted. The team here really are amazing, and will continue to be my go-to when in the mall!

   Quite busy but Staff working hard clearing and cleaning tables, good service . Teacake a little small ,coffee nice. Tables a bit wobbly.

   I visited with my mum who has dementia so I can't leave her unattended if I have to queue. I approached a member of the team (Zoe) and asked if she could help and she took my order and brought it to our table to help us. What a kind, caring approach. Made our day!

   Very busy for 2.20 on a Friday...bit of a Costa fan but the queuing took over 10 minutes (still managed to get a seat though). Coffee was good, my cake was ok but friend thought the Bakewell tasted a bit bubble-gummy! £11.45 for two drinks and two cakes. Pleasant surroundings. Was going to try the M&S cafe but it was insanely busy!

   Store has been closed in the morning before the mall opens,no staff,this has become more regular in the last month,staff look completely cheesed off and I can see why.all the chairs were on the tables and I was told it was take away only,which is ridiculous for people who come to costa before they start work. Bearing in mind it should be a busy store and has been, costa needs to provide sufficient staff to run the store as they're doing the best they can

   I love Costa coffee, but their pastries taste like cardboard. I usually buy a pan au rasain in M&S and eat it with my Costa coffee, see photo. When I heard that Costa are selling M&S food I thought this was a match made in heaven. BUT today I bought a pan au raisain at Costa, see 2nd photo and was most disappointed because it was the usual cardboard Costa pastries not M&S. If anyone from Costa reads this please sell M&S pastries.

   Nice little Costa. Staff are friendly and efficient. They get your order done quickly, but this Costa does get VERY busy, so occasionally I have had to skip my Costa visit as there is no where to sit and didn't fancy a take away coffee.
