Good coffee and generally good food quality. However, the staff could be more supportive. The place often gets overcrowded, and the lack of an organised queue is frustrating, especially when some people skip it and the staff didn’t step in to manage it.
Amazing staff so so friendly, literally made my day. Drinks were perfect and they are very speedy with serving. Was in a long Que and only took about a few minutes to get to my order❤️
Was served by the tall girl with glasses, believe her name was Lara. Absolutely vile towards customers and staff. Rude and impatient and even told me to ‘shh’ when I asked how her day was. Can’t believe you hire people like that, horrendous! And on top of that, she got my drink order wrong-she put dairy milk in when I specifically stated oat due to allergies. She then proceeded to tell me that it oat even after I watched her. A colleague even corrected and she told them to shut up. The other member of staff remade my drink and gave me a free muffin, she was very kind. As for Lara or Clara, revolting to customers and staff. Would not recommend!!!!

Excellent customer services. Quick service, clean and tidy place. A little on the higher side of prices, considering its inside a Uni for mainly students.
Don't expect a Starbucks level of service. The coffee is more milk than anything else Update: in response to the catering team - I ordered two caramel macciatios. One was passable but one was just milk. I know the different types of coffee available and what they're made up from
Starbucks is OKAY. I always have one coffee which I feel good. I have tried all with high expectations which were not met.
