   Me, my husband and kids came to this costa. We had to wait 10mins at the counter to be served while the staff was walking back and forth. I had black forest hot chocolate which was barely warm and my husband had a latte which burnt his mouth and the milk tasted burnt. Also behind the counter by the coffee machine itself the counter in front of the machine were so full and untidy that they were knocking stuff off while making coffees. Disgusting service for this costa
