A good Nero, Bristol lucky to have so many Neros, came here to finish off going to all the Bristol Neros (7). Had my usual as the manager says at Weymouth Nero - the white chocolate mocha with cream on the top
Went in to order a take out and asked to use the toilet. Was given a key, which was to my expectation should’ve been cleaner at 8:30am. Maybe the cleaner comes later or not everyday.
Visited 24th July @ 2.14pm. Two female employees behind desk (blondish). They need re-training both in barista course and customer service, especially the one with facial piercings. I feel strongly about above that I've contacted head office. Awful drink and attitude..
Catte Nero is a well-regarded coffee shop known for its comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and good coffee (especially cappuccinos and hot chocolate). Staff are friendly. I came for the matcha as I was so excited when they announced they are starting to sell them. I personally really enjoyed this matcha and was very surprised at the taste! Will be coming back here more often.
It's for the upper echelons of the vanity stricken. Go to greggs. Their coffee is just as good and you don't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for your items. Bit of a no brained really.
Nice coffee, terrible service... Over an hour before they shut but though drinking in, only offering takeaway cups and no plates because they said they didn't want to run the dishwasher again. Almost no seats available as many filled by teenagers bringing in chips and drinks from other outlets and talking loudly across the cafe.
Great coffee, nice place and great staff. However please put locks on the bathrooms, so that only customers can use them, as a drunk homeless man came in while I was there and went to the female bathroom for 20 minutes. After that the bathroom was in an awful condition.
Went last Saturday afternoon. I was excited to go have a sit down, drink and a snack. I ordered quickly, politely and with a smile as always but the barista lady looked so fed up and annoyed :( It was my first time using the app to scan my loyalty card, when I asked when I should scan it, she was rude about it. The latte was delicious though. The toastie was brought up to my table but they had put a paper napkin on top of it and obviously it got stuck on the cheese, when I tried to get it off I had to remove a lot of the cheese too. I had to clean my own table and put the previous customers dirty dishes on a chair.
This is a really nice cafe, the snacks and cakes selection is really great, the last time I came here the lady made an excellent coffee, it was a cappuccino with the currently promoted new coffee bean and a shot of caramel and it was SO GOOD, I also really enjoyed the apricot croissant this is my fave and I hope they never stop selling these as they make it easy to decide which coffee shop to go to!!
