   My three voucher on the telephone didn't work in this Nero so didn't get the white chocolate for £1, so they wanted £5 off me, a customer waiting offered to pay for me but I wouldn't let her pay for it, said it was very kind of her, so I used one of the stamp saving cards I had completed

   Been fortunate to have chosen this as my go 2 spot for beverages, being alien to Bristol, was welcomed by the Queenz that run the place, two hard working, charming ladies; Fran, Suzanna, due to their warm hospitality have found myself back!, so saddened to hear about Frans leaving as she is a true asset to any place she goes!, wanted to show some love for the love I received, many thanks ;)

   Came in for a quick toastie and drink. Ordered iced flat white and had 3/4 of glass full of milk with barely any coffee - not all fit into it. When I sat down it smelled like sewage and whilst eating there where lots of small flies - not one but counted at least 5!!!! Leaving this place after 2 sips and 2 bites! Whilst leaving counted at least 12 small flies on the wall!!!

   Isn't worth one star. The mocha had 4 flies in it. By the time i realised i was chewing on one, couldnt go back as it was too late. Felt sick, not good check before you leave the place.

   Nice ambiance and staff. Good location for commuters. Coffee is like any other caffe Nero - average and in my opinion on the same level as Starbucks and Costa. Cakes are super expensive for what they are.

   As you'd expect from Caffe Nero, though in this instance I found the service to be even better than usual. Decided to try out a new vegan toastie, which was far better than most I've had at more niche cafés, and the barista was quick to suggest other vegan options I'd missed and on the whole just really enthusiastic which made for an even more pleasant lunch break.
