They old fella in the buy section at back of shop is unbelievable rude and disrespectful!! Speaks to people like there nothing and is all rude to customers!! no wonder people won’t go in!
The manager who helped me was nice and reasonable but as soon as he said I could have a refund the owner came flying out to scream at me, honestly absolutely horrendous customer service. Don't sell something that doesn't work if you don't want to give out refunds. He shut up real fast when my male friend came back in, honestly if your a young girl I wouldn't risk going in there.

The owner behind the glass selling section needs a lesson in how to speak to people. Ended up selling my blue rays in cex. Everyone on the shop floor is nice but the man who buys stuff is very hostile.
Absolutely horrendous experience in this shop which can only echo what EVERYONE is saying, the owner needs a long long lesson in customer skills. His whole attitude and disrespect we endured yesterday was abysmal, the way he talks to people, his whole attitude stinks, he then told us if we didn't leave the shop he would call the police on us. How this business is still operating is beyond me. If you want a SERIOUSLY poor retail experience then this is the place for you. If you see this shop I suggest you walk on by!!
The buyer is a sour bitter man that shouldn't be working around the general public the way he talks to people is disgusting has no manners or customer skills what so ever!
Was wandering around Rhyl trying to find some second hand golf clubs, just by chance stumbled upon "second chance" and noticed a few golf sets at the back. A chap that worked there (I think he was the owner) noticed me perusing and offered some assistance. He helpfully swapped the set of clubs I wanted into another bag (the bag they were in was not suitable) and also chucked in a set of balls and an umbrella. He even took the time to provide some beginner golfing advice on clubs and playing tips. Great deal on the set of clubs too!
I have read earlier reviews of this store complaining of the attitude of the buyer, my experience is that it is still just the same. He is a sour individual who has no customer skills. I sold what I wanted but only because it was convenient to me. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
Was sold a phone with a bent frame and a defective battery when taken back under 6 month warranty was told there nothing they will do absolute con artists would never buy anything from there avoid at all costs
