   Visited the department of gynaecology with a referral of a private doctor. The doctor at royal infirmary claimed that I am healthy and making things up. Then I went to a third private doctor and got treatment. It’s unbelievable that the NHS doctor dismissed me, making me feel like crazy while 2 private doctors showed me support, explained everything and gave me treatment. If you can, go privately!!

   Really bad care provided. Before…during and after surgery… I was waiting 5 hours with a lot of pain. Then never show me the consent form until all the surgery was finished. The nurse was totally unprofessional (She wanted to sent me home with no information of medicines to take it. She was hurry me up to get dress with no pad offered, And I was still draining. And the Doctor didn’t know how to put the catheter because I had to back the second day to settle it correctly…. . I back the second day to the same room. I saw all my stains and drains from last day still on the floor and surfaces of the room. I’ve been in other’s departments and this is the first time that happened and It was in the gynaecology triage) They are on hurry because they are busy but You don’t have to forget the right as a patients with the care provided.

   I had a colposcopy examination/treatment at the Royal,and Dr. A.J. Campbell, and nurse Irene made me feel very comfortable during the whole procedure. Can't thank them enough for they kindness and patience, as I was nervous about the treatment. Everything was quick and painless.

   Terrible pace, be prepared to wait several hours even in an emergency. How disgraceful, I spent 4 hours between two other departments and got seen, case assessed and dealt with then referred to gynae and have been sat here like a muppet the past 4 hours, in a lot of pain and not one person has seen me. You should all be very ashamed, especially compared to your peers!!
