   We hired the kids soft play area for a birthday party (16 kids) which has a small room next door with seating for about 25 people and space to set up for food, cake plus any gift bags etc. It was pretty clean too and there’s even toilets dedicated to the soft play just outside the door which no-one else should be using which is very handy. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I would definitely recommend the Institute for this purpose. The woman (who I think was the hall-keeper) who was on shift at the weekend was so lovely and very helpful and polite. This was in stark contrast to whoever answers the phone and responds to emails. When booking, you are given two options: 10-12pm or 2-4pm. No more, no less. When you phone to ask if there’s any way you can access the room a few minutes early to quickly set up the general response seems to be “you’ll need to speak with the hall-keeper” or “you should have booked extra time which costs £20+ for the extra 15/20mins.” Well, this is why we are calling/emailing but thanks for trying anyway. Definitely speak to the hall-keeper if you can! There is a bigger main hall which was being set up for an Asian wedding and looked a good size and well laid out. Parking can be limited especially if there is a crossover of bookings but there are a few residential streets around the building where you can park pretty easily if need be. *Note - we had to bring our own food, bin bags for clearing up at the end as well as things like a knife for cutting cake and decorations etc. so bear this in mind if you want your party to run smoothly.

   Take the little one here to tae kwon do . Parking could be better but if you get here early not an issue to get parked in the grounds. Staff are always lovely so no issues there. Think there are lots of classes on here
