Really happy with our experience at Brightstarts Thornliebank. A nursery can only be as good as the team running it and the team Michelle has put together at thornliebank are fantastic. From first sessions to now they have taken an active interest in our son's welfare and progress. They keep us regularly updated with how he is doing via the Famly app and the communication from the team generally is excellent. They have also formed a really nice bond with him which has helped him settle and he always looks forward to going to nursery in the mornings when we drop him off. The other kids all look happy, entertained and loved when we pick up and drop off our son. Our son always has a fresh nappy when we pick him up as well. They have recently installed new outdoor furniture amd toys at the nursery to improve the outside space which our son has loved during the summer. They also recently held a fun day for the parents to attend with the kids which was a great way to meet other parents and get to see our son interact with the other kids in the nursery.

Bright Starts has been a fantastic experience for both my child and me as a working parent. The staff are incredibly patient and kind. My little girl initially struggled with settling in, but her key worker took the time to understand her and now she happily goes to nursery with no issues. The playrooms are engaging, and she always comes home excited to share her day. She’s made great friends, which is a huge relief. One of the best things about this nursery is the app they use. I get real-time updates on what my child has eaten, the activities they’ve done, and the curriculums they’re learning, which really puts my mind at ease while I’m at work. The communication from the nursery staff is excellent, and they genuinely seem to care about my daughter I would definitely recommend this nursery!

A wonderful nursery with kind and caring staff who truly go the extra mile for my son. The environment is safe, clean and packed with fun activities, my son comes home every day with lots to tell me. Highly recommend this Nursery! My son started not too long ago and has settled in very easily, he has made friends and enjoys coming here every day. The staff are very friendly and kind, before he started in this nursery, I had lots of questions and they were answered well and fast. I feel comfortable leaving my son here, the play areas are safe and clean, the staff also inform me of how he was during the day and what sort of activities they did. I would definitely recommend to any parent looking for a safe and trustworthy nursery to leave their child.

I was going to remove both my children from this nursery but since October when new manager Danielle took over there has been vast changes! The nursery inside has improved greatly! What a difference in the rooms and staff are much happier can see they enjoy their work and have formed great relationships with the children and parents. When I came to see the Nursery staff were very friendly and had a positive attitude about working in EFN. The Nursery itself is very spacious and has recently been renovated , been taken over by The Bertram Group who have put a lot of time and effort into making the Nursery a welcoming place for not only Parents but for the children too. They have shown a lot of dedication and hard work into making the nursery all it can be.
