Came today for a gender wellbeing check and couldn’t be any happier with the service, the lady with the blonde hair was lovely. Also the lady on the front desk was brilliant.
The place was clean. The staff were helpful and professional. We didn’t have to wait, and we got some nice pictures of the scan. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Second time we have been here. First time for a gender scan, and then a further scan at 33 weeks. The same lady has taken us on both occasions and has been excellent. Extremely friendly and lovely to deal with.
We knew the scan might be hit or miss due to being early on in the pregnancy and they were very upfront and clear about this. The staff were lovely and Donna the Sonographer was so amazing, professional, friendly and patient, easing the anxiety I had
Got our 4d scan here on 18th July and what an amazing service. Friendly staff and Sonographer was very polite towards myself and my wife. Receptionist offered us a bottle of water due to the hot weather. Would highly recommend abc4d.
Went there for a scan and a Harmony test. Staff were so polite and reassuring. Their services were quality.
Very happy me and my girlfriend could see our baby coming but unfortunately I couldnt see it myself because the baby I already have was overcrowding so we waited in the car .
Dont go here if u want to know the gender!! I was told firstly i was having a boy to then be told the 2nd and 3rd time that they are actually uncertain as to the gender of my child. First staff member was older and seemed confident. Second staff member was younger and didnt seem to have a clue. I have no confidence in them whatsoever. Just spoke to Head Office who are not willing to refund me or rescan me either. Disgrace of a company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
