Liselle is exceptional. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now for birth trauma and subsequent postpartum depression and anxiety. I really struggled to find a therapist: 1) with knowledge and experience of birth trauma; and 2) who wasn’t fixated on CBT. I’m grateful I found Liselle because she’s incredibly warm, empathetic, encouraging and professional. She is also very flexible and accommodating - we do online sessions since I moved to London. I’ve made noticeable progress since we began our sessions.
