   If you are undecided about whether Psychotherapy is for you then I urge you to ignore the doubts and contact Rob. He is truly committed to helping you find solutions. In my case he used a combination of visualisation, hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and breathing techniques. Outwith sessions he would undertake his own research and send useful links and suggestions via WhatsApp. I therefore had various tools to use at home. Rob is excellent at what he does and he really cares. Give him a call !

   I was introduced to rob in a funny way. He had been speaking to someone I worked with about my health issues and they were almost a carbon copy of what rob went through. I reached out and had a few sessions. We tried various different methods which helped but not in the long run. My knowledge has definitely improved. We have came to a conclusion that I may need a specialist surgery but unfortunately in the worlds current climate that is not possible. He is though, On hand to help me write up a list of questions when I finally get to see a specialist. Rob is always a text away if I needed him and frequently contacts me to see how I am. Couldn’t ask of more from a great well experienced humble man , and I’m sure I’ve taught him some knowledge from my complicated case.

   Rob has been the catalyst of many changes in my life. Both physically and mentally. I’ve yet to meet a more intelligent yet down to earth man in my life, when feeding me with information he uses perfect analogies and comparisons for me to understand as I have difficulty learning. He analyses me perfectly when conversing and makes me have brilliant moments of self realisation that have made me a much more successful being in every aspect of my life.
