   We chose Cocoa Flower for my Mum’s funeral which took place on 17th November. I had gone in person to the shop to discuss briefly what we wanted and then my Sister and I visited together so that we could make a joint decision on what to have. We chose a 4ft Coffin Spray which was delivered to the undertakers early morning on the day of the funeral. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. My Sister does not live in Chester and so Clare sent her some pictures of ones she had made previously, ahead of our visit. We had input on the flowers we would like to be included and those that we did not. Everything else was left to Clare and she did an absolutely fantastic job, we could not have been more pleased. There were so many comments on the day of how beautiful the spray was. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cocoa Flower, they are top of the game in their craft.

   I live in New York and forgot all about UK mothers day so I found Cocoa Flower online and sent them a request to please try and deliver flowers today to my mum who lives in Handbridge. They did! and they were absolutely beautiful, full or roses and lilies. My mum says it's like flower heaven and has spread the huge display around her flat. Amazing service and flowers. Thank you!

   Happy Valentine’s Day? I think not, extremely disappointed with the flowers received today. When I rang Coco’s I was met by an uninterested and un empathetic attitude. Rather than thinking of solutions on how we can resolve this all I got back was “your the first person to complain today”. Family and friends have received some incredible flowers from Coco’s in the past but I was met with disappointed.

   We were delighted with the 4 ft funeral spray we ordered for my step dad’s casket. He was an avid gardener and my mum wanted something lovely and Cocoa flower didn’t disappoint. Despite it being January, they were able to get a beautiful selection and colors. I would highly recommend!
