   Visited Broadwood stadium for the Rangers v Sunderland ladies friendly match on 6th August (yes, i know I'm sad). Superb little stadium not too far from train station. And as you can see by the scoreboard a canny result for the English ladies.

   Modern good facilities both on and off the park for meetings presentations. Toilet for all food match days also a small retail park for all your essentials.

   It was our first time attending a football match here and it was good, except for the turnstiles, okay if your a wee skinny, but not great if you're a bit heavier, and the amount of stairs is abit hard going if you have mobility issues.

   Bog standard council gym but disappointing opening hours during winter holidays for consistent gym goers, obviously not intended for those taking it seriously. Decent range of equipment and good staff but annoying how Its shut.

   Forget the stadium and walk around the loch, it’s only 2 mins walk from the stadium and it’s a nice walk with lots of wild life to see. Roughly 1.75 miles all the way around. Quite flat ground in most places. Wear wellies or boots in the winter. It has a couple of play parks along the route for kids (1-10 years old) to enjoy.

   The Ground was opened in 1995 after a period of ground sharing with Hamilton and Partick Thistle,following their departure from their old shawfield ground in 1986.With a capacity of over 8 ,000 its has only three stands all are smart though with windshields at either side,an intresting fact that Broadwood is the highest ground above see level in scotland
