    Ivhave never met such a rude miserable landlord/landlady.disgusting how tgey treat customers!!!istood at bar 5 mins being ignored because landlord busy on his phone!!!then after ordering a round of drinks huffing and puffing waiting for payment.told him to be patient said he had customers waiting...he didnt!!!told him he was rude so he barred me!!!!absolute paur of jokers.told him hes in wrong job,?to keave if he dont like people.

    New Landlady recently taken over and recieved a significant refurbishment. Cracking little family orientated pub, very welcoming and friendly with brilliant facilities. Has several screens to watch all the best Live Sports, a pool room, skittle alley that also hosts county level darts, fruit machines and a fantastic beer garden and smoking area. Hosts live music every week and always has something going on. Above all has a great community feel, the landlady and staff are very friendly and anyone is welcome. The prices are also fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone wether you fancy a quiet day time pint or to have a great weekend out. Fantastic British Pub.

    I rarely came here for years even though I was local, I popped in to have a drink with an employee, and the pub had changed...... For the better, the atmosphere... A great landlord, good beer, no idiots, the only pub I would come to in Twerton. It will be totally renovated shortly. Give it a go. The landlord is doing the best he can with what he's got..... But once its renovated and made more open plan..... One hell of a pub. Also has garden and pool table + skittle alley
