   I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I purchased a white and greenery bouquet for a friend who had just lost her father — something simple, elegant, and appropriate for a sympathy gesture. However, what she received was nothing like what I selected online. The bouquet included bright pink flowers, which completely changed the tone and wasn’t at all what was advertised. I contacted the company about the issue, hoping for an explanation or a resolution, but I’ve received no response. Considering the sensitivity of the occasion, I expected much better communication and care. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again.

   always get my flowers here. love everything they do and how they display their beautiful bouquets. they cater for all different requests what you want and how they can help you with your requests for a unique gift for someone special. I recommend them so much and think they are so helpful and very efficient to help with any questions you have to help you with your gift. we also used the company for our dad's funeral flowers which we were so pleased with the order and the way they were done with our requests for colours and how they looked on the day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who wants great help support, and most of all beautiful flowers that are beautifully presented with the best way of creating the perfect presentation with the best possible experience in Birkenhead. ten out of ten

   Bought some nice flowers for my mum but sadly seemed the jar of water had gone off making the flowers smell bad. Went back to let the owner know we'd had to throw them out after two days and he immediately and unexpectedly replaced them, explaining they'd had an issue with a few in a batch and had tried to remove them all before sale. I even got a pricier bunch of flowers for the inconvenience. Top service and friendly owners, would recommend.
