   After searching the internet for a florist in Birkenhead (I’m down south and not a clue about Birkenhead), I decided to use this Florist. From the reviews, I decided to call and order the flowers for a dear friend. The customer service, quality of the flowers and the very swift delivery was second to none. The bouquet is stunning, thank you!

   I went in the shop to pre order some roses for valentines day. I got told there was no delivery slots and the only option I had was to wait until they had made them up that day and they would call me to collect them. I was happy to oblige they took my number and I left at about 4.10pm, I sat and waited until 8pm thinking they must be working very late to get through their orders. I got in my car and drove past to check and they had closed, no contact nothing. I am in work early in the morning which I had already explained and I have no flowers for valentines day. I will not be using them again.

   The quality of the flowers these girls create WOW! That’s alls I can say. The flowers literally last longer than a week, and they’re such an amazing price. The 2 ladies that work in there are great woman, lovely to get along with. When ordering you can literally give them a design and they will make it come to life. I will never go to another flower shop ever !!

   Such a lovely shop full of fresh beautiful flowers and also "long lasting flowers". Stunning arrangements. I know they also sell and arrange funeral/grave granites at really low prices too. The staff are friendly, professional, kind and very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. I know they also do prompt deliveries. I highly recommend Borough Road Flowerz for all special occasions. Beautiful flowers, very high quality. I will be back again and can recommend to others. Thank you for the lovely bouquet and great customer service.
