If you love the RAF and netball Jen is your women. If you like meeting people from the other side of the world and enjoy the Craic. This is the best pub

Great little pub serving a range of drinks including local beers. Friendly, helpful staff. Sport on TV.

Boys wanted to play pool and this was the nearest place to our location. Liverpool game was on in the evening and the boys were allowed in to watch it which was a bonus. Nice staff, locals all friendly. Great little pub with everything you need and easy to get to location

Watched some rugby, bought a few beers and were settled in. A football game comes on and we get asked to move table as they want to change channels on the TV We were watching. Upon protest we were allowed to finish the game, but made it a very forgettable visit. Pity, was quite enjoying it until then.

A 2 part bar with a pool lounge one side and a proper high stool bar in the other. They have 2 great tables at a pound each for pool, open mic nights on Tuesdays and a dart board that's free to use! Nice selection of drinks and a great comedy club in the basement. One of my go-tos for a night out in Bath every time.

Great service, up until the person behind the bar decided that a foot on the table is a ”bar-able” offence. This after 3 hours of people standing on stools and tables during a World Cup game. Just because β€˜another team’ won. Shame on Assembly Inn women staff for not being inclusive.

Popped in for a quick game of pool and a quiet drink- things changed and certain people made it rowdy- however the bar staff were INCREDIBLE and made sure to check in and looked after us throughout our visit- were so polite etc and handled the rowdy situation so so well! Genuinely so happy they did check in etc as it doesn’t always happen- so the biggest thank you to them for being amazing and kind! Aside from the rogue rowdy group the pub was cute and I liked it!!!!

Great evening for 6 of us visiting and spent a fair amount of money. Have been here a few times and like the traditional pub and being able to watch the football. Had a great evening. However at closing time Hannah - asked us to leave and was extremely rude! Screaming at us to get out. We were stood up ready to go! There was no need for this. Really poor customer service. Just beware I'd you go here - Great pub but she needs a customer service course! And this isn't the first time she's kicked off from these reviews! Come on sort this out or loose customers!

Nice pub with very local ales, my favorite is Bellringer, brewed just 937 yards from the pub up the hill. Good for groups, sport events, celebrations. Nice staff!
