My aunt ordered a bunch of flowers through interflora via this florist. She ordered “hand tied summer pastels” what I got was completely different. Some of the flowers looked like they were dying. Photos of what was ordered and what was delivered below
We ordered a beautiful memorial bench from this shop. It arrived promptly and has been engraved with such care and attention to detail,finished off with the most gorgeous arrangement of fresh flowers. The bench was for a family friend who has tragically lost her son. The lady was overwhelmed to receive this bench,it is a source of comfort to her. Thank you so much to the Birchtree florist team.
Disappointed. Did not deliver Interflora order for Mother’s Day despite informing sender that they had done so. Sender was refunded by Interflora, so despite claim by florist that the delivery was made, it was not. Sender has now given all future business to another florist who has not let them down. This review stands and an apology should have been given to sender and recipient, rather than claiming that the order was sent.
Lovely family-owned shop with friendly, helpful staff. The lady who owns it is passionate, kind and creates beautiful bouquets in front of your eyes to fit any specification or budget. I always come here and immediately feel welcome and never walk away disappointed, and the flowers last so long and stay beautiful for weeks and weeks!
I want to thank all at Birch Tree Flowers for the beautiful flowers they provided for my husband’s funeral yesterday. My requests for colours and blooms etc were all taken fully into account and the service and attention was kind and considerate. Thank you all so much.
