A great spot in Bath for a cosy dinner. Great choice of drinks and mains. Highly recommend both the pork belly and steak pie, reasonably priced and good portion sizes. Service was attentive and very quick.

Right next to the river, Abbey and Poultenay bridge, a great spot in town centre. Very interesting menu and fabulous service. Lentil pie was excellent. Estrella Dam zero alcohol beer on tap. Reasonable prices.

Beautiful establishment, but food wasn't as good. I had Sunday roast and my friend fish and chips.Sunday roast wasn't of the quality and taste I would expect and used to get in the same type establishments with higher price range. Potatoes were reheated, and meat wasn't tender. All in all good for one visit but wouldn't come back.

Hosted a family gathering here. Booked out the Orangery that fits about 24 people easily. Beautiful decor, relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff. Ollie who looked after us was very organised and attentive. Thank you to Hannah as well for co-ordinating and carrying out our requests. Food was really good. Service was quick. Steak cooked perfectly. Offered a wide variety of dishes and flavours. Really impressed. Although the rice with the Malaysian curry could be less sticky, and the chicken breast was slightly on the dryer side. - Only feedback from guests (easy stuff to rectify - no big deal). Drinks were nice as well. Thank you for having us and we really enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended.

Had AWESOME gluten free BEER BATTERED fish and chips here! What a treat for someone with celiac. It was a massive portion and delicious. Unfortunately they only had regular malt vinegar. The service was fantastic and it was lovely to sit in porch room and watch people walk by on a sunny day. The indoor space is also dreamily gorgeous and I would die to have a cold drink here by the fire on a cold night. Would for sure recommend coming here.

I brought my wife to Bath for her birthday over Christmas, and we booked a table at The Architect for our final meal of the stay. I can say without a doubt the place is just as stunning as it looks in the photos. The main dining area has to be one of the most beautiful restaurants we’ve ever eaten in. Very classy, but not pretentious in the slightest. Stylish, yet comfortable. This is technically a gastro pub, but it really goes above and beyond. I can not stress enough, the wife and I love our food, it takes a lot to really impress us (not meaning to sound like a knob), but this place gave us a meal that went straight into our top 5 meals out in the UK of all time. It was THAT good. We had two starters, two mains, a dessert, a couple of pints, coffee, and a soft drink and it was just under £100 inc. service. Very reasonable indeed for the quality of food, great service, and amazing ambience. If you go to Bath, you just MUST eat here, it’ll be the most wonderful of treats. Thank you so much.

We had the most fabulous time at The Architect earlier this month! All colleagues commented on how stunning the venue was, we had a lovely area (not too cramped) for the evening, and the Christmas tree in the main room was beautiful, and great for photos. Food was delicious with a great range catering for all dietary requirements. Reasonably priced for the quality too. Finally, the service was excellent and we can't fault the staff at all. Thank you for a lovely evening. We hope to return next year!

Great venue, food was really nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's very spacious and well maintained. The drink choices are decent. From where we were sat, the views or pulteney bridge were nice. The prices are a bit more upmarket. It's a few minutes walk from the train station.

Excellent service and ambience, great food quality and able to cater for wheat intolerance. My only negative was the fishcake/poached egg and pesto was described as a main meal on the GF menu charged at c£13/14 and is less than adequate portion size for a main, and no additional accompaniments so would list and charge as starter. Had a lovely time and would return, staff super friendly and attentive checking on satisfaction throughout.

Visited with family (6 adults) on a Saturday afternoon for drinks. There was seating available indoors and on the patio. Drink quality and choice is fantastic. The decor is superb, an absolutely fabulous renovation! Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets are immaculate, in fact the entire building is. I would 100% recommend to others visiting.
