   An absolutely beautiful seasonal bouquet of very fresh flowers for my friends special birthday. I was particularly impressed with the delivery service as I had mistakenly given the delivery address the same as the billing address when ordering on line!! This necessitated an additional journey for Sue to the recipient to ensure the flowers got to her!! Thank you!!

   I ordered funeral name flowers, and they looked better than the website pic. The funeral directors wasn't open at the weekend so I ordered the flowers to get delivered to my home. I thought it was would be better to get the flowers before the day of the funeral. Rather than just going along with what I said sue (I think) called and told me they could definitely deliver to the funeral home first thing Monday morning and it would be best to keep the flowers in a cool flower shop so they don't wilt, until then. I also didn't realize that they measured about 6ft so would be difficult to transport myself. She didn't have to do that. Great customer service and lovely product. Our nanna would have thought the flowers were lovely. Sue also offered for me to come and see the finished product before the funeral. Which again is excellent customer service.

   Supremely qaulity flowers, lovely warm and friendly staff and great, dependable and professional customer service. They done me up a lovely bucket of beautiful large white roses in a water filled bag with all the trimmings, and despite having the water drained by customs before flying to Ireland they lasted almost 2 weeks before being ready to be returned to the earth. If you're looking for a florist within the facinity of Wallasey, go here! Thanks again ladies Michael

   Flowers all looked lovely, I just couldn’t get in the shop to buy any. I was hoping to get a nice big spring bouquet. However, the shop was closed despite it saying on here that it closes at 2:30 and I was there at 1:45, bit disappointing. I would go there again in the future as it looked like a lovely shop, but will have to factor in the possibility of unreliable open times.

   Just ordered a bouquet. The young lady made me feel confident and helped me with my wording. Living in doncaster but ordering in my home town make it more special. Here's to mum's next 5yrs cancer free. Xxxxxx Mum was so pleased with her flowers and they were presented exactly as I asked them to be. Although mother didn't find the smiley face around the rose till the next day she was in tears that sues team did it for me and for her.    I needed to arrange some funeral flowers. Lockdown doesn't make it easy as shops are shut so you can't see the arrangements in 'real life' but the website is really good with lovely, clear photos of the wreaths etc together with prices. I rang the shop and gave them the details of what I wanted - the arrangement, size and colour scheme. They also made a note of the message for the card, the details of the funeral etc and the delivery arrangements. The flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time but, due to Covid restrictions, I had no chance to see them until the actual funeral. They looked beautiful, exactly like the picture and exactly what I wanted. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. I highly recommend them if you're looking for flowers, for whatever purpose. They did a magnificent job for me.
