   I didn't think counselling would be for me. Willow Hill provided a safe, welcoming environment where I could share my thoughts and concerns. They don't give you the answers but the tools to find your own answers. It has been a life changing experience.

   I had sessions with Jayney between May and December 2022, starting off with weekly sessions before decreasing the frequency to once a month. I first reached out for help managing anxiety. These sessions with Jayney have been life changing. I still have my moments, but I now feel so much more equipped to deal with them when they do occur. Jayney, of course, will take no credit for this, but she deserves it all and more. For anyone who is looking to take their first steps into counselling and may be nervous about the thought of it, Jayney creates such a safe and laid back environment, listens to you and asks the right questions to help guide you through the process. I'm sure there are many, many talented people in this field, but I couldn't imagine ever working with anyone else. Thank you Jayney.

   I worked with Jayney for about 6 months and had a great counselling experience with her. She’s very approachable and understanding, making the whole process less daunting. I had a mixture of in person and online sessions. I was initially unsure about what online sessions would be like, but coupled with the in person sessions, they were great! Jayney helped to put things into perspective and gave me the space to explore and accept what I was feeling and helped to reframe my perspectives. I’d highly recommend her to anyone thinking of starting their own counselling journey
