“All the staff at Vets4pets have been amazing over the last couple of days, from reception to nursing staff and both vets. I felt so reassured that my dog was in good hands as staff were so clear about the procedure, follow up and patient at answering all my questions. They were brilliant with my dog, so gentle and caring and they made me feel so relaxed during a stressful time. They all appeared to have great knowledge of veterinary care and every member of staff was aware of my dogs situation and were so caring while we were in the practice. The vet was able to see us immediately when I had concerns following my dogs procedure and additionally, the out of hours vets service were fantastic at answering questions and being available for support. The vet was also able to give helpful advice around claiming on my pet insurance.”

“I have only the highest praise for the staff and pharmacists at Rowlands Pharmacy. They are professional and friendly. My wife was doubled over in agony at the weekend with an IBS flare up and she was almost in tears with the pain. In desperation, I went to Rowlands Pharmacy to see if there was anything I could get across the counter. The lady behind the counter listened attentively to my wife's symptoms. She asked me questions to help confirm diagnosis and the on duty pharmacist came to speak to me as well. Some Buscopan, Heartburn & Acid Reflux Esomeprazole tablets and Peptac peppermint liquid were prescribed. I was given great advice on how my wife should take the medication and what to expect in terms of the effects. When I got the medication home, my wife gratefully took the prescribed dosage.
