The customer service and care is excellent and everyone I dealt with seemed to be striving to go above and beyond with the job at hand. Polite with warmth. Friendly while being efficient and attentive while being instructive about the process. I'd want any friends or family to receive the same so would recommend this store without hesitation.
Don’t book any appointments here if you are disabled or have any medical conditions. Asked to use toilet and was refused. Told to go to Greggs the Bakers to ask to use their toilet. The lad in specsavers thought it was amusing refusing me as I watched his in a reflection miming by dissatisfaction to a colleague. Will never be back to this place.
Polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Always plenty staff available even though it's a very busy store. Great service.

At my recent appointment at Dalgety Bay, I was very impressed how quickly I got an appointment. The staff had picked up my concern on my online form and called me in advance to find out more information. It was recommended I would need eye drops in order for extra tests to be completed. These were organised and staff care inside the shop was very friendly and very professional. The Optician took time to explain my eye test result’s and was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and families.
Fantastic service for my little girl getting her first glasses. Staff were so good with her and didn't rush things. Great selection of glasses - so many to choose from!

Can confirm that this branch has the worst customer service standard I have ever had to put up with and I am a very laid back person. From start to finish some how they either got the prescription wrong , belittled you when you asked for help (being able to see you car dash board you know is kind of important ) , being spoken to rudely by the receptionists twice (male and female). Trying to rip off my daughter with her prescription glass too…but that’s another story. Changed back to the Dunfermline branch where they are superb and extremely pleasant and just generally not got a brush up their ****
