Just been to this wonderful pub and had the best meal. So much to choose from. The portions were huge and the owners so friendly they really made our evening. Would strongly recommend.

One of the best vegan pub lunches I've had in ages! Vegan fish and chips, battered 'fish' made with banana blossom, with tartar sauce, mushy peas AND curry sauce. Generous portions and very tasty.

Fantastic food, yes all of the menu, as we had 3 courses and had sampled a wide variety. Best mushy peas EVER!! Yes, service was a bit slow and we didn't mind as we were enjoying our company, however, do know there is no leniency in serving/closing times. Do order dessert! The dessert menu is fantastic, Bakewell tart is a must!! Charming pub with really great chefs and servers!!

Stopped here today after a day out hicking at Ebbor Gorge and what a pleasant experience! I had an absolutely delicious cottage pie, the staff was lovely and welcoming and the overall atmosphere very warm and relaxed. Will happily be back!

Amazing service and wonderful to find a pubrestaurant who understand the coeliacs condition. Our coeliac son could choose from his own menu & we could all relax and enjoy our very tasty lunch. Huge thanks xx

Classic British Pub, family-run, a rarity these days. We chanced upon this pub Saturday lunchtime and ordered Homemade Steak & Ale pie. Absolutely bloody gorgeous, haven't tasted a pie like this in years. Friendly service, great cider and cosy atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Called in for lunch. Warmly greeted and found a traditional pub with character and friendly staff.I had tge steak and ale pie. Delicious. The veg. too. Superb. The gluten free menu is excellent. Both my wife and the landlords wife are coeliac so we can recommend eating here in safety and comfort. A good range of ale etc at the bar. All round great service and value.

Wonderful! Nice to see a pub still lovingly attended by it's owners. Great food (steak and Ale pie and Sunday roast) and nice local cask beers. Well done!
