I was very impressed. I read the necessary, then applied online. I was amazed at the speed of the whole journey. The money was in my bank the very same day! I've a clear idea of repayments, so I'm not worried about anything. Well done Oakbrook, for making my experience the best it could be.
I would strongly recommend everyone staying away from this company for a loan ive just had surgery to remove a testicol as I have been diagnosed with testicle cancer no help at all. all there did were give me a 30 day breathing space but my monthly payment still needed paying are would be reported on my credit file.how there expect my to pay that while am on is ssp for atleast the next 8 weeks and pay my household bills is any ones guess. Disgusting if am being honest need to pay of my loan and never got involved with these cowboys again
Please please don’t use this company. They are scammers. I’ve requested loan settlement 4 years earlier then it have to finish and what a surprise. Amount of my settlement quite was even more then I left to pay. In all other lenders if you want to settle earlier the amount will be much less but not with this company. They will take from you even more then you left to pay!!! AVOID this company. I should read reviews before taking loan from them!’
Easy application never had a problem with this company they send me texts every month to remind me when payment going out and easy to get get on my account too keep it updated
Supposed to treat customers fairly and conduct investigations with due care and diligence as regulated by the FCA. A family member has been subject to identity fraud and a 20min telephone conversation admitted yes it is fraud but die to their checks the loan taken out and completed as part of a is being upheld. It has taken three months to speak with the company. A formal complaint had been made. I am beyond words to the complete lack of regard for any person's well being that has been a subject to fraud. Shameful treatment of customers.
I applied for a loan that was 100% pre approved with Clear Score. The application was then rejected and my credit score received a hard search that has left my score effected. No explanation as to why my application was rejected and why pre approved if going to be rejected. I would strongly advise not to apply if you see the 100% approval as I think this is very miss leading. My score was 875 out of 1000 that ClearScore say is soaring high and very good at the time of application. Just don’t get miss lead and caught out like I have done and have your score effected.
*****AVOID***** Attempted to cancel the loan less then 24 hours after receiving the funds. Multiple emails sent, And countless messages on a supposed customer support text service. All but 1 message ignored, which said the details had been sent to confirm the cancellation. Im still waiting for the details 3 days, later.... All follow up messages I've sent chasing this, have been ignored. OH! Also I was informed, interest will be charged on the loan even though I notified them the same day my wish to cancel. ******AVOID*******
Avoid these people at all costs.. Can't access my account and sent over 26 emails all being ignored bar one saying they were really busy.. Yeah I can imagine with complaints.. LIKELY LOANS are run by these guys and so are therefore to blame for the WORST customer service I have ever recieved.. 3 months on and still not resolved.. Stay away unless you want to be taken for a ride This is my account view.. So do I owe you nothing
