My previous broker was really impersonal and the whole thing just felt like a transaction but Castlegate was completely different. My advisor and the admin team answered all my stupid questions, they were super-quick to reply every time and I got much better advice than I got before. Struggling to attain a mortgage over the last 5 years, I was giving a little hope, when I was recommended Castlegate FS. From the initial phone conversation the professionalism and knowledge shone through. I set Sian and her team a huge task, as I had lots of things going against me, Expat, Single, Working away and house vacant, Gift as a deposit and living in N Ireland... Sian appointed Lauren who took on the challenge, extremely professional, quick to respond to emails, always available to take a call....here I am 10 weeks later writing a review with my house keys in hand. No stresses at all. Highly recommend.
