   This parking is reasonable and convient for the City Centre. After parking there recently I left a folder of docuements on top of the pay machine. Not only were they picked up and returned to a suitable place for me to collect therm by David, but Craig, the site manager, was very helpful about contacting myself and the university staff to get the folder back to me.    It’s a private parking with a few spots for the public. It’s generally full and it’s difficult to find a space. It’s very well-lit and spacious, but very expensive and you might spend half of your time waiting for someone to leave.

   Used to be a great spot to park but so few spaces now that aren't reserved. Twice now I've wasted my time driving around for a spot before leaving again. There won't be a third.

   Really handy spot near uni. The machine wasn’t accepting my ticket, and I had to call for help to get the barrier open. There was a queue near the exit, and the people ahead and behind had the same issue — hopefully just a one-off, but the machine could definitely use a bit of maintenance.

   The staff seemed helpful. The car park itself is ok. It gets a bit flooded during rain and it's hard to actually find a pedestrian exit, we walked out of the car ramp the first time. Additionally it would be good if there was more options for price as residents. We don't have a car ourselves now but we frequently mention the car park as an option to guests but there is no ability to buy these visits in bulk or anything similar.

   Small, very tight spaces and many of them are reserved Pricing is good for the area, but with only one floor and only a few spaces. Some that are difficult to get into for anything but the smallest cars. Be prepared for some frustration to find a space. It’s confusing as many spaces are reserved and there is no rhyme or reason to how the spaces are reserved It’s ok and you can’t fault the pricing, but I wouldn’t book in advance if you can’t be sure of getting a spot
