What an awful experience from rude lady staff and incompetent staff that don't have a clue about selling car parts and no manners how to speak with customers definitely when there wrong! Will definitely never use this place again! Avoid go euro car parts etc so much better.
Staff are friendly with a lot of experience to help you find your part if you’re stuck, good prices too
Utterly horrible customer service. The lady was incredibly rude and mean only because I couldn’t name the specific part and she decided to ignore all my explanations. In the end I was given the wrong pipe but as I really didn’t want to go back and face that horrible behaviour again, I spent two hours cutting and welding the pipe to fit it in the car. Wouldn’t go the for all the tea in China

Older slim lady is the rudest one ever I had. Literally I don’t understand why would you be rude to a customer who wants nothing but a service part with his debt card in hand????? If she’s my employee, I would pay her damages for unfair dismissal and show her door straight way. Would never visit SES again just cos of her.
Terrible customer service. The older lady in the office has been super rude. She didn't say Hi?! Worse part happened when she couldn't find the part with the reference number and she just kicked me out because there are two minutes left to close store. My first time trying to buy and a got very bad experience.
I have been using SES for years and never ever had a problem with them,as a mobile mechanic trust and reliability is a must and this is always my first port of call. Even now with covid 19 about they are so helpful,give them a try you definitely will never be disappointed. MIKES MOBILES
