   Excellent customer service from a gentleman called Greeshka. I needed to get something ordered and paid in a short time and I didn't have all the information I needed to get it processed. Greeshka, without hesitation looked up on multiple systems and went out of his way to make sure the order could go through and the parts would arrive the same day. 10/10. Thanks

   Ordered and paid for a sensor, fitted the sensor but it did not work, fitted another sensor from a donor vehicle, car working fine. Tried to return faulty sensor, TPS refused to accept returns for faulty parts, their policy is for the vehicle, fitted with the faulty part to be taken to a VW dealership and they will rectify any faults if found. Useless, not practical and probably illegal.

   Absolute shocking service from VW parts factors TPS . As a motor trade garage delivery cycle is poor,told parts are being delivered and yet still on the shelf at the end of the working day.If there was a alternative supply we would move our business away from TPS. Sadly having the market cornered in Bristol we have no other option but to use them.VW you need to get your act together with regards to supplying the Motor Trade in Bristol.
