Amazing service needed a head light bulb for my pick up truck very helpful lady behind the counter said bring it around the front so she could see what bulb I needed they even fitted it was done in few minutes would probably taken me half hour thank you don’t know the lady name she couldn’t of been more helpful thank you
First class service, many thanks! Figured I'd need to traipse over to Avonmouth for a replacement battery from a motor factor, but gave them a call on the off chance. Not only did they the battery I needed, they also delivered it (locally) within the hour!
Always excellent customer service. Needed replacement bulb and they changed it for me and only charged £2. Then my car wouldn't start and they kindly jump started it and didn't charge.
What a wonderful shop! I needed a new rear windscreen wiper, but wasn’t sure which type. Very friendly and helpful and extremely efficient. New wiper correctly identified and fitted for me on the spot at no extra cost. Whole visit took about 2 minutes. Cost a third the price of rear wiper supply and fitting somewhere else that will remain nameless. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
Yeah old skool car parts store, difficult to compete with big stores with choice etc, but for high st have enough random stuff to fulfill your requirements, service seems friendly too.
My wife's car battery packed up. The Parts Store had a battery in stock and came out and fitted the new one and took away the new one. Great service. Keep up the good work.

Headlight bulb blew on way home from work so called in to get a new bulb . Was told they're not cheap for my car , was flabbergasted when told it was £50 for one bulb , and but as I needed one I bought it . Upon getting home after fitting it I looked online out of curiosity and found that on Amazon I could have got a pair of bulbs for £10/£15 , Even Halfords ( who aren't cheap to buy from as a rule ) are selling them for under half the price . Definitely learnt from my BIG mistake .
The staff here have been so helpful, they fitted new windscreen wipers for me a few weeks ago and today a new headlight bulb. Friendly, speedy service and reasonable price. Thank you!
