   I had a very poor experience with Caroline. She was incredibly slow working, always ran late and made simple errors in calculations. She was aggressive and non accepting of any short falls in her own actions/ service, when she queried if there was an issue. This was an event witness by myself and partner, it was pitiful, sadly we were too far down the line to end our business with her owing to her conduct. She is very difficult to get hold of, the admin staff in the office seem to carry this operation. Upon further investigation it transpires that this poor service and colourful behaviour is not isolated to a one off occurrence and is some what of well known fact amoung other local businesses of a similar nature. Avoid this partnership at all costs.

   The buyers of my house are using these solicitors and it's been a nightmare. They are slow, don't pass on information (like the agreed moving date!) and have said they were "just about to" transfer money for hours this morning.

   Used them 2 years ago when buying house and now we are selling the house they won't reply to our calls or our new solicitors requests for the paper work. There incompetent and are slow. They are costing us money and we might lose the buyer of our house now.
