IT IS A SCAM!!! THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS. TWO WEEKS AFTER TAKING MY ORDER THERE IS NO ITEM OR REFUND AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CALLS. THEY CAN EXPECT A VISIT FROM TRADING STANDARDS.
I ordered some Hammerite Waxoyl from this company on eBay. 12 days after marking as despatched they decided to refund me as they claimed to have no stock. A quick check on their recent listings and they clearly have stock, just decided to increase their prices and sell to other customers.
Do not order from this company. I ordered two filters. I received an email thanking me for my interest in Redline Car Parts and then nothing. I emailed asking for confirmation of the order and a refund if the parts were not in stock and received no reply. It took numerous phone calls to get a reply telling me two run of the mill filters were out of stock. I am now waiting for a refund. If the refund does not arrive I will approach Visa to pursue the money. Be warned, SHOP ELSEWHERE.
Great service from the guys down at Redline. Gave them a ring late in the evening and they managed to get me in straight away on a puncture repair on my van. This really got me out trouble as we use our vans daily for long miles. top work, would highly recommend.

We made a order said pending payment when cleared from our bank. Goods did not turn up. So chased up withere 3 emails. Tried to call on a saturday morning no answer. Still no reply and no goods. As needed urgent. Had to buy some where else. No refund so lost of money. Not good service . Since this it turned up 3 weeks later still no email or anything from the company
Ordered some thinners and paid by card. No goods arrived. I rang and there was no stock so they said they would refund the amount. i rang again twice chasing the refund, the second time they said they had refunded it but now i have my statement - no refund. Number rings with no-one answers. They are hard to get hold of. still no refund as yet
