These guys are just so great. Knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me with fencer and bike batteries. Everytime they have put the meter on the old battery and explained its state. First port of call for any batteries.
Had a caravan battery fail on me after two years (when under load with the mover it just could not handle it) and searched the internet for a replacement. Came across this company which sold the exact match, lots of other sites did not, so ordered one and used the normal delivery option rather than the next day. Under two days later it arrived! Thank you for such a great service! Battery fitted and looks over 75% charged which was great. Charged for a while and then positioned the caravan on the drive correctly rather than just dumped! Only other thing to really comment on was I had no notification that the battery was on it way or any tracking information sent to me. I checked my order under my account online and it just said "processing" even after it had been delivered. So maybe an area to look at. Anyway thanks for the good price and prompt delivery. If I need another battery or battery related items I will return to you.
What a great experience. Chris Clark worked with me ordering 8 new boat batteries while I was out of the country. Patiently changed delivery dates as my flights were cancelled and changed. Then the delivery itself was spot on. The driver (sorry didn't catch the name) helped get the 8 new batteries to the boat and the 8 dead ones back to his van. Definitely got his work out but was upbeat and helpful. No hesitation in recommending BBL to any one... Well done and a heartfelt Thank You.
I had an issue with the electrics in one of our vans & our auto-electrician recommended we take it here to test the battery. A friendly, competent technician tested the battery & gave it the all clear. Just what you want - honest, straightforward service. Recommend.
Just visited, guy with the messed up teeth said he couldnt test my battery because it's too cold and he aint doing it. It's one of the most common services requested from this business and they should be providing their services.
I have been to the Bristol BBL branch a few times for a number of different reasons: - Advice on Lithium battery - Purchase repurposed batteries, battery cable, a solar panel, battery accessories... - Help with electrical system in my live-in van I have the upmost respect for BBL and all the staff I have encountered. Firstly, the two chaps working on the front desk... they are an absolute delight to deal with. They have been there every time I go into the shop, and have been for years! I can't remember their names, but one of them has been there 18 years and the other almost 10 years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have everything I need, answer any questions I have and support me fully in my van electrical system. Secondly, the Sales team on the phone are very knowledgeable and helpful, and I cannot fault them. I look forward to dealing with them in the future
