As we live in Canada my mom recently passed Pauline and Debbie first class-plus I do know another MD in my words as we went to School while i was living in Hamilton. In my view first class Firm and the people are great to deal with. About three years ago I came across to ensure we had mom's affairs in order and again thank you Pauline for the kind guidance.    I took out a complaint against one of the solicitors conduct in regards to a matter. They had 28 days to respond, they responded at 23:53 on the 28 day. Who does that??? Yes no one likes getting a complaint but to me it seems quite intimidating. Whole matter has been very stressful and under doctors orders to refrain from anything stressful. They call it a civilised world but unfortunately that isn't the way they conduct themselves. Will be taking this onto the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission

   Ive just spoken to one their solictors as i was in a property of the letting agents slater and hogg he was abusive a mr john gilde saying i owed arrears the property in question was damp cold fridge freezer was like nearly 20 years old i was elecrtucted in the property last july as the elecrtrics were faulty im disabled paid for gardner to cut the grass the full summer which they didnt the got my 600 deposit that i paid to slater and hogg 21 feb 2020 i left the place in mint condition and yet the arreasted my sons wages i was the tenent i will be seeking legal action agaisnt the firm and slater and hogg

   Sadly when I needed help and support from professionals they let me down badly. I ended up losing out hugely finanically and being left in a dangerous situation that resulted in Womens Aid, The Scottish Legal Complaints Commision and a brilliant lawyer at Hamilton Sheriff court coming to the rescue. Their customer swrvice attitude was appalling. They were made to completely reinburse me on all fees as I should never have been billed in the first place. My family had been with the firm for 3 generations. Appalling conduct.
