   I’m new to the area and I was scared to leave my old vets practice because they were so good — but Gordon’s really upped the game! The vets who have seen my dogs were so friendly and affectionate to them — one even got down on the floor to say hello to my nervous small dog which I’ve never seen a vet actually do. Them making the effort to make my dogs feel special made me feel happy. Small things like that go a long way. And I sincerely appreciated how upfront they were with prices as well as the phone calls during my dog’s dental procedure to give me all the updates. From what I’ve seen, the vets have great “bedside manner” with my pets, and that made me feel much more at ease. It made me feel like they loved animals there, and that’s what I want from a vets!

   We.ve been with Gordons vet for many years when Roger owned it. Wonderful compasionate excellent vets & nurses. Our favs are Ceiran & Connor. Only slight minus for us is the OOH is Loanhead.

   Firstly the reception staff at Gordons are lovely and make you feel welcome. Every vet that my puppy has seen so far have been professional, kind and caring and always listen to any of my concerns I have at the time. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. It’s the BEST in Musselburgh.

   Recently inherited my grans cat who is really nervous she hasn’t been able to go to the vet due to this so she needed a good looking over when I got her. The vets there were absolutely fantastic! Very patient and helpful. I definitely chose the right vet.

   Took this old girl in yesterday for nails, glands and lump checks. Lovely friendly staff, great with my grumpy girl Suzie. Always come away feeling that Suzie gets the best care from these guys. Quick appointment slot, no unexpected extras on the bill and genuine interest in Suzie, what I mean by that is the vet talked away to Suzie, she could see she was anxious and took her time. Thumbs up for service, from friendly reception staff to kind vet and nurse. Thank you from Suzie and her mum x
